On 14 March we had a presentation about the new advice hub website www.advicehub.org This is a quick way to access online advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau without having to go a queue up.
There is a helpful Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section which has answers and links to help with the most common questions about benefits or employment law and a whole range of other other topics. If what you want to know does not feature in the FAQ you can search for other useful information and links.
Once you have tried all of this if you still need to talk with someone you can now use this site to book appointments at the CAB (and avoid the need to queue). It helps if you explain that you have already checked the FAQ.
