Romsey Mill is a leading Cambridgeshire-based charitable organisation that was established in 1980 by local churches. It is a charity with a Christian ethos and has a vision to see all children, young people and families fully belong, positively contribute and thrive.
This role offers a caring, enthusiastic and passionate person the opportunity to contribute to the development of Romsey Mill’s Pre-school provision for 2 – 4 year olds which is currently delivered across two sites.
You will lead and deliver Pre-school sessions providing a welcoming, enjoyable and stimulating environment for children, supporting each child’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will work as part of a team leading sessions that enhance the life chances of young children who attend.
The role requires a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and experience of working within an Early Years or Childcare setting.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to Romsey Mill’s values and support the Christian ethos of the organisation.
Salary range: £8.90 – £9.62 per hr, depending on experience
