We are now in a position to expand our team; and are looking to recruit both Care Support Workers and Senior Care Support Workers. Both roles will provide the perfect opportunity to nurture, develop and gain new skills within a friendly, supportive and caring environment. If you are an honest, caring individual with good communication skills then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to provide person centred care; that empowers and enables individuals to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
Experience is preferable. However a full training programme will be given to those new to care or to experienced carers, it is our belief that regular supervisions and ongoing training make a real difference to the relationships with our staff and our clients. Opportunities for further career development are available including taking an apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and Medicine Management course. Own vehicle is essential for this position.
Both full and part time hours are available, to be worked over weekday evenings, week days and weekends. We also cover sleeping and waking nights.
The salary ranges from £7.40 to £11.78, please note that enhanced rates are available for evenings, early mornings, weekend working and Bank Holidays. Waking nights are paid at the enhanced hourly rate and Sleeping nights are paid at £50 for weekdays and £60 for weekend nights.
